How can HR101 assist you?

 

An assessment is completed with direct management to ensure accurate screening and that each candidate not only meets the assigned requirements but also the inherent requirements of that specific environment and assignment.  We immediately explore our extensive database for appropriate candidates and simultaneously advertise online.


The introduction of a candidate is done electronically.  Short listed candidates are subjected to our Assessment Process, Interview Procedure and background checks. Our policy prohibits us from bombarding clients with inappropriate CVs.  All logistical arrangements regarding testing and interviewing are managed by our experienced and skilled staff.  If necessary, we will outsource psychometric tests to a reputable firm. Costs incurred for testing will be for the client’s account regardless of the candidate’s success.

 

Guarantee Conditions:

 

HR101 will only accept liability in terms of its guarantee on the condition that payment is made within 14 (fourteen) days from date of invoice and we have been advised, in writing, of the dismissal within 5 (five) working days of its occurrence.  We reserve the right to replace the candidate free of charge.


In the unlikely event that a suitable candidate cannot be found, the following rebate will be given:

  • Termination during the first month – 50% of the fee (excluding VAT)
  • Termination during the second month – 40% of the fee (excluding VAT)
  • Termination during the third month – 20% of the fee (excluding VAT)


The guarantee period is inclusive of the notice period and is calculated from the date of commencement of employment of the candidate. Such guarantee is forfeited in the event where the client alters the terms and conditions on which the candidate was originally appointed, death, dismissal for operational requirements, unfair labour practice, unfair dismissal or due to the client amounting to a breach of its employment agreement, causing the candidate to leave.
